Astronauts harvest radishes grown aboard the International Space Station

Astronauts aboard the International Space Station have harvested radishes grown in the station's Advanced Plant Habitat. The experiments are part of a plan to determine how crops grow in space so that astronauts can have sustenance on longer trips to the moon and Mars.
